Location: Ikotun–Igando Road, Lagos
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 Net
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Physical presence required 1–2 times weekly)

Job Summary

A growing fashion and beauty startup is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to build and grow its presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The business specializes fashion outfits and also operates a makeup studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics.
• Visit the store 1–2 times weekly to capture content and showcase new stock arrivals.
• Create promotional content for products, services, and special offers.
• Design basic branding materials and logos when required.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media performance and implement growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content creation, photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement.
• Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
