Social Media Manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Empire Medical Training is hiring a Social Media Manager to own the strategy, creation, and performance of our brand across every social platform we play in. This is not a scheduler role. We're looking for a senior operator who lives on social, sees trends before they break, can shoot and cut a Reel on Tuesday and brief a $20K ad flight on Wednesday, and treats the comment section like a growth channel.
You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our content, design, and paid media teams. You'll be the connective tissue between what's happening in culture, what's working on each platform, and what moves the needle for Empire — driving awareness, lead capture, and seminar registrations for the most respected CME provider in aesthetic medicine.
This role demands a creative who can also read a spreadsheet, a strategist who isn't above shooting B-roll, and a producer who treats deadlines as sacred. If "no task too big or too small" describes how you actually work — not just how you interview — you're going to thrive here.

- Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, budget pacing, and ROAS/CPL optimization.
- Create and publish high-performing content including short-form video, trend-driven posts, workshop promotions, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and AI-driven content shifts to keep Empire culturally relevant while protecting brand integrity.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years owning social media end-to-end for a brand, agency, or creator business, including direct hands-onresponsibility for paid campaigns.
- Demonstrated track record of growing accounts and driving measurable business outcomes (leads, registrations, sales,ROAS) — not just follower counts.
- Deep, current expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including pixel/CAPI, custom audiences, creative testing, and event optimization.
- Hands-on content creation skills: you can shoot vertical video, cut it in CapCut or Premiere, and post it the same day without needing a producer.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum), Canva, Figma, and modern AI content tools.
- Native, daily-driver familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn — including their current native editors, ads platforms, and analytics.
- Strong copywriter who can write a scroll-stopping hook, a punchy caption, a long-form LinkedIn post, and an ad headline that converts — and adjust voice across platforms.
- Comfortable owning a budget, pacing spend, and defending decisions with data.
- Exceptional organization: you can run 6 active campaigns, a content calendar, and a vendor list without dropping a ball.
- Genuine "can-doer" energy — you take a brief and return with a finished asset, not a list of blockers.
Preferred Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Journalism, or equivalent real-world track record.
- Experience marketing in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or any regulated/considered-purchase category.
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, click-to-message advertising, and conversational marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and basic UTM hygiene.

- Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer for scheduling, listening, and reporting at scale.
- Comfort with project management tools — Monday.com, Notion, Asana, ClickUp.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus given our audience and South Florida market.
