We're hiring: Social Media Account Manager (Remote · Contract)
Here's what makes this role different from most social media jobs you'll see posted.
We've already built the content system.
Every Monday and Thursday, an n8n automation reads our content calendar, generates a LinkedIn post and blog draft using AI, and sends it to me for one-click approval.
Your job is not to build pipelines. Your job is to make sure what comes out of that pipeline actually sounds human, looks great, and builds real relationships — not just impressions.
You'll be:
- Reviewing and improving AI-generated drafts before they reach me
- Designing branded Canva visuals for every post
- Scheduling approved content and managing LinkedIn engagement
- Flagging warm leads from comments/DMs within 2 hours
- Tracking what's working and making monthly recommendations
You will NOT be managing our ERPNext, Mautic, or n8n systems. That stays with our team. You focus on the audience.
Who I'm looking for: Someone who writes well in plain, direct English. Who understands Nigerian business context. Who is comfortable working alongside AI tools — not afraid of them, not over-reliant on them.
