A Social Media Manager drives a brand's online presence by creating, executing, and analyzing content strategies across various platforms. They are responsible for boosting brand awareness, engaging with the community, running paid ad campaigns, and translating social data into actionable business insights.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overarching social media strategies tailored to distinct platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to achieve business goals
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee content calendars, brief creative teams (or create assets yourself), write copy, and schedule posts.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to foster authentic connections and provide customer service.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rate, reach, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion, then optimize future campaigns based on data.
- Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad budgets, set up targeting, and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, cultural trends, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand relevant
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
