Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Monitor trends and implement innovative ideas to increase brand visibility
• Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content creation
• Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in social media management
• Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / paid campaigns
• Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
