Role Objective
Manage the daily publishing, scheduling, optimization, and engagement activities across all social media platforms.
This role is responsible for ensuring content is published consistently, accurately, and strategically while maintaining brand standards, audience engagement, and platform growth.
The Social Media Manager serves as the final quality-control checkpoint before content goes live, ensuring every piece of content has the appropriate context, positioning, text hooks, captions, and calls-to-action necessary to maximize engagement and business outcomes.
This is an execution-focused role that bridges content strategy and audience interaction.
The Social Media Manager ensures content reaches the audience effectively and contributes to creator growth, authority building, partnership opportunities, and revenue generation.

Primary Responsibilities1) Social Media Publishing & Distribution
Manage daily publishing across all platforms:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- YouTube Shorts
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and publishing content
- Ensuring content is posted on time
- Maintaining publishing consistency
- Monitoring publishing accuracy
- Managing content calendars
- Ensuring platform-specific formatting requirements are followed
- Verifying links, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and calls-to-action
- Ensuring all content reaches its intended audience
2) Content Quality Control
Serve as the final review stage before publishing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing text hooks
- Evaluating whether hooks align with the brand
- Ensuring content has sufficient context
- Reviewing captions for clarity and effectiveness
- Checking grammar and formatting
- Ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning
- Identifying weak hooks before content is published
- Recommending improvements when necessary
This role does not edit videos but must determine whether content is ready for publishing.
3) Platform Growth & Optimization
Understand how each platform behaves and optimize accordingly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring platform performance
- Applying platform best practices
- Identifying trends and opportunities
- Optimizing publishing schedules
- Improving content visibility
- Improving audience retention
- Increasing engagement and reach
- Supporting long-term audience growth
This role should actively seek ways to improve results rather than simply publish content.
4) Community Engagement & Audience Management
Manage audience interactions across all active platforms.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to comments
- Managing messages and inquiries
- Engaging with audience conversations
- Supporting community growth
- Escalating partnership inquiries when needed
- Identifying high-value engagement opportunities
- Helping convert audience attention into conversations and bookings
The goal is not only engagement but relationship building.
5) Lead Generation & Booking Support
Support business growth through social media activity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Driving engagement that generates inquiries
- Supporting creator recruitment efforts
- Supporting partnership outreach opportunities
- Encouraging consultation bookings
- Helping move prospects through the funnel
- Monitoring social conversations that could become business opportunities
- Ensuring social media contributes to revenue-generating activities
6) Automation & Workflow Management
Utilize automation tools to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing social scheduling platforms
- Supporting automation workflows
- Managing engagement automations when appropriate
- Identifying repetitive tasks that can be automated
- Improving publishing efficiency
- Reducing manual workload through systems and AI tools
