THE ROLE
We're looking for several enthusiastic, chatty, camera-ready people to join The Flora Lab as social media managers and TikTok presenters. You'll help bring our brand to life on Instagram and TikTok — creating content, appearing on camera, scheduling posts, and managing our growing influencer community. You'll be working in our beautiful Buckinghamshire barn which has a tiktok studio already set up.
This is a zero-hours contract with a seasonal rhythm — lighter in summer, busier in autumn and winter when fragrance season really kicks in. It's a brilliant fit for a student or someone looking to build real-world experience in social media, content creation, and marketing.
You'll also get to work with me (ex Unilever, Ex Coty) who has over a decade of experience within the beauty and perfumery spaces.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Presenting on-camera content for TikTok — authentically and confidently
- Creating and scheduling content across TikTok and Instagram
- Helping manage influencer gifting and relationships
- Engaging with our online community and responding to comments and messages
- Keeping an eye on trends and flagging what's worth jumping on
- Helping plan and schedule content in advance so nothing gets missed

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of experience — we care far more about attitude and personality than a polished CV. The non-negotiables are:
- You're chatty, confident, and genuinely comfortable on camera
- You can communicate clearly and warmly — in person, on screen, and in writing
- You genuinely love scented candles and the world of home fragrance
- You're organised, reliable, and take ownership of your work
- You're able to commute to MK19 7DP for filming and in-person days
- There may be times when you're required to help out in production- but that's all part of the fun :)

- Some experience with video editing (InShot, CapCut, or similar)
- A keen eye for social media trends — you know what's blowing up before it does
- Any experience managing or appearing on brand social accounts
- Studying or interested in pursuing a career in marketing or communications

A NOTE ON HOURS
This is a zero-hours contract, which means flexibility goes both ways. Expect lighter involvement over the summer months, with things ramping up significantly in autumn and winter — our busiest and most exciting season. Perfect if you're studying or juggling other commitments.
