POSITION JUSTIFICATION
As CPE Foods Phils. Inc. continues to expand the market presence and marketing initiatives of La Café, and there is a growing need for a dedicated Social Media Manager to strengthen the brand's digital presence, customer engagement, and online marketing efforts. The Social Media Manager position is essential in developing, managing, and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate customer inquiries, and support sales growth across various digital platforms.
Filling this position will help improve the consistency and effectiveness of La Café's online communications, content creation, digital campaigns, and customer engagement activities. Without this role, opportunities to maximize brand visibility, audience growth, and digital marketing performance may be limited, potentially affecting overall marketing objectives and business growth.
JOB SUMMARY
The Social Media Manager of La Café is responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing and social media strategies to strengthen the brand's online presence and market reach. The position manages the company's social media platforms, develops engaging content, coordinates digital campaigns, monitors online performance metrics, and interacts with customers and online communities.
The role also collaborates with internal departments, suppliers, agencies, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels while supporting promotional activities, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and overall business growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with La Café's marketing and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, reviews, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, and suppliers for the production of digital marketing materials.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report social media and digital marketing performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and brand-related events through digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and digital communications.
- Prepare monthly reports and recommendations to improve social media performance and marketing effectiveness.

3. Content Production
Produce:
- 12–20 social media posts per month
- 4–8 reels/videos per month
- 2 customer testimonial features per month
- 2 promotional campaign content series per month
4. Lead Generation
- Generate at least 100 qualified inquiries per month through social media and online platforms.
- Increase website, marketplace, or inquiry traffic by 10% quarterly.
5. Digital Advertising Performance
- Maintain campaign performance within the approved budget.
- Achieve target click-through and conversion rates based on campaign objectives.

- Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines and company standards.
3. Trade Marketing Support
- Promote and support 2–4 monthly trade or in-store promotions through digital channels.
4. Sampling & Activation Support
- Provide digital marketing support for at least 2 product demonstrations or sampling activities per month.
C. Business Growth & Sales Support KPIs (20%)1. Sales Support
- Contribute to achieving 5–10% month-on-month growth in La Café sales through digital marketing initiatives.
2. Marketplace Performance
- Increase product visibility and engagement on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
3. Distributor & Reseller Support
- Create and provide digital marketing materials to support distributor and reseller sales activities.
4. Brand Development
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual marketing and social media plan for La Café.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
