Position Overview
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution of social media activities, influencer outreach, marketing campaigns, and brand-building initiatives. You will work closely with company leadership and gain direct exposure to all aspects of marketing within a growing consumer products company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Support marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives
- Research, identify, and communicate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations and product gifting opportunities
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and customer feedback to help optimize marketing efforts
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media posting
- Help create and organize marketing materials for retail partners, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Support the creation of short-form content for social media platforms
- Perform administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members on new marketing ideas and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates are welcome (0–2 years of experience)
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean and/or Japanese language skills are a strong plus
- Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar platforms
- Basic graphic design skills
- Interest in parenting, baby products, e-commerce, or consumer brands
- Experience engaging with online communities and social media audiences

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
