Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about leveraging AI tools to create engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using AI tools
• Write compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought leadership content
• Design and execute social media calendars and campaigns
• Use AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to scale content creation
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
• Track performance metrics (likes, reach, CTR, etc.) and improve strategies
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Required Skills

• 6months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience in media, startup, or tech industry
• Understanding of personal branding on LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of SEO/content marketing
• Experience running paid social campaign

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
