We’re expanding our brand presence and are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media & Marketing Manager to take our online visibility to the next level.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the clinic’s online presence across all social platforms, creating engaging content, driving client bookings, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This role is perfect for someone who understands beauty/aesthetics, loves content creation, and knows how to turn views into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule high‑quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
- Film and edit short‑form videos (treatment clips, before/afters, educational content, trends).
- Manage monthly content calendars and campaign planning.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility through strategic posting.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.
- Create promotional graphics, reels, and branded materials.
- Support marketing campaigns for new treatments, offers, and events.
- Track analytics and report on performance and growth.
- Work closely with clinic management to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay up to date with beauty/aesthetic trends and platform updates.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (beauty/aesthetics preferred).
- Strong video editing and content creation skills (Reels/TikTok essential).
- Confident filming treatments and working with clients on camera.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and algorithm behaviour.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative eye for branding, visuals, and aesthetics.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
- Understanding of paid ads is a bonus but not essential.
