Position Overview
This role owns the delivery and execution discipline of all marketing work across Clarvida’s shared
services model.
The Marketing Project Management Sr. Specialist is responsible for ensuring that work is clearly
defined, properly prioritized, realistically planned, and executed without breakdowns. This includes
aligning multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and maintaining visibility at all times.
This is a senior role built for someone who can operate in ambiguity, challenge unclear direction,
enforce structure, and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority.
While this role is not responsible for executing the work directly, it plays a critical role in enabling
success, ensuring the right work is completed at the right time and at a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Ownership & Delivery Management
- Own the full lifecycle of all marketing initiatives from intake through launch
- Convert high-level requests into clear scopes, timelines, and execution plans
- Ensure projects move forward consistently despite competing demands and shifting priorities
- Drive progress across dependencies and remove blockers proactively

2. Intake, Prioritization & Decision Discipline
- Own the intake process and ensure requests are complete, structured, and actionable
- Push back on unclear, incomplete, or misaligned requests
- Facilitate prioritization across stakeholders using impact, urgency, and capacity
- Make trade-offs visible and force clarity when everything is marked “urgent”
- Ensure the team is focused on the work that matters most, not the loudest request

3. Workflow & System Ownership (Execution Backbone)
- Own the marketing team’s system of record (Monday.com) as the execution backbone
- Ensure all work is properly tracked, visible, and accurately represented

4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, TA, communications, digital, and
leadership teams
- Align stakeholders early on scope, timelines, dependencies, and expectations
- Manage approvals across multiple layers without delays and rework
- Handle difficult conversations around timelines, prioritization, and trade-offs
- Maintain trust while enforcing structure and accountability
5. Risk Management, Change Control & Escalation
- Identify risks early (capacity, dependencies, unclear scope, delayed approvals)
- Run structured change management when scope or priorities shift
- Clearly communicate what changed, why it matters, and what the impact is
- Escalate with clear recommendations, not just problems
- Protect the team from reactive, last-minute changes
6. Quality Control & Launch Readiness
- Ensure all work meets Clarvida’s standards before launch
- Validate completeness, consistency, and readiness across deliverables
- Establish and enforce QA checkpoints across all projects
- Prevent rework through better planning, alignment, and validation earlier in the process
7. Visibility, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide leadership with clear, decision-ready visibility into all marketing work
- Report on status, risks, bottlenecks, and upcoming dependencies
- Identify patterns of breakdown (rework, delays, unclear scope) and fix the system
- Continuously improve processes, templates, and workflows to support scale
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, PMO roles, or
creative operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft365 (or similar platforms), SharePoint, Canva, Google
Workspace, and workflow management tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong experience managing timelines, scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience enforcing structure and accountability across teams Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com preferred, but not required)
Preferred
- Experience in shared services or matrix organizations
- Experience supporting marketing, recruitment marketing, or digital teams
- Experience building workflows, SOPs, and operational systems at scale
- Certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum are a plus

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
