Social Media Marketing Specialist
Role Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives of the organization.
The role covers day-to-day support for digital marketing, social media, campaign implementation, sales and marketing materials, event support, agency coordination, and performance monitoring.
As the organization transitions into a consolidated Marketing Hub for the PFI Group, the role is also expected to gradually take on broader responsibilities in marketing operations and paid campaign coordination, including timeline management, campaign tracking, reporting consolidation, launch readiness, and coordination with performance marketing partners and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Advertising, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, account servicing, project coordination, or digital marketing support. Final title and leveling may be adjusted based on qualifications and demonstrated capability.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, trackers, and basic reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing execution, and campaign reporting is an advantage.
- Exposure to paid media, lead generation flows, Meta/Google campaigns, UTMs, tagging, or agency coordination is an advantage but not required for more junior candidates.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, agency environment, or multi-brand organizations is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
