What You'll Do
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our online presence and strengthening our connection with the riding community.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other assigned channels
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand campaigns and marketing objectives
- Actively engage with our online community through comments, messages, and conversations
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and rider-related discussions to identify opportunities for relevant content
- Collaborate closely with our videographer, marketing team, and field personnel to capture authentic stories and experiences
- Participate in events, activations, and field activities to gather content and engage with the community firsthand
- Contribute fresh marketing ideas, campaign concepts, and content strategies that help drive brand awareness and engagement
- Track content performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, or organization
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify content opportunities and generate marketing ideas
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Willingness to attend events and participate in field activities when needed
- Interest, passion, or familiarity with motorcycles and rider culture is a strong advantage

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
