Social Media Specialist
₱18,000 - ₱25,000/mo
Job Purpose:
The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow the company’s online presence. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing official social media accounts, responding to online customer inquiries promptly, and ensuring a professional and consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Conceptualize, design, and write engaging daily content (graphics, short videos, and captions) for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other official channels.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish official company announcements, service promotions, and corporate updates using social media management tools.
- Community Management & Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to direct messages (PMs) and comments in a timely and professional manner; filter and forward business leads or complex inquiries to the appropriate department (e.g., Sales, Operations, or Customer Service).
- Brand Strategy: Ensure all published content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively highlights the reliability and quality of our logistics and transport services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, and follower growth) and provide a concise monthly report to management with recommendations for improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (Open to candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio).
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience managing professional social media business pages (specifically Facebook and LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, specifically Canva (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong plus).
- Basic video editing skills for short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, or video announcements).
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for scheduling, publishing, and inbox management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog/local languages.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle online inquiries or complaints politely and professionally.
- Highly creative, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
