Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of all social media communication through various channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, community forums, etc.
Regularly post and schedule content on social media sites such as Facebook Page and Instagram.
Work with the creatives teams to ensure that content of our social media feeds is aligned with the brand image.
Identify and negotiate with key social media influencers who we can engage with.
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content with the following but not limited to the original text, images, social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form videos that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
Represents the brand during live and on-cam interactions through different platforms (Lazada, IG, FB, TikTok, et al) as well as during company events and / or product launches.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Customer service skills
Attention to detail and quality
Adaptability, flexibility, creativity and originality
Organized and self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
