We recently launched our learning and development brand to focus on helping organizations improve employee performance through innovative training, instructional design, eLearning development, onboarding solutions, and workforce development programs.
To grow the social media accounts for this new brand, we are seeking a results-driven Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to help increase our brand visibility, grow our LinkedIn audience, and position our company as a thought leader in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media growth strategy for the pages.
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging posts, articles, and thought leadership content.
- Design or coordinate visual content such as carousels, infographics, and promotional graphics.
- Identify trending topics in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Workforce Development, AI in Learning, and Corporate Training.
- Optimize company and leadership profiles for visibility and engagement.
- Engage with industry professionals, HR leaders, Learning & Development managers, and potential clients.
- Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with recommendations.
- Support lead-generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach and content marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing LinkedIn company pages and professional brands.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing.
- Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement strategies, and best practices.
- Experience creating LinkedIn carousels, graphics, or short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, eLearning, HR, or EdTech is highly preferred.
