Job Summary
RUNDZEE is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company's online presence across various social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, promoting merchant partners, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive customer and merchant growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, social media trends, and community engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and marketing messages.
- Create or coordinate graphics, videos, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Promote RUNDZEE services, merchant partners, special offers, and company initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new content opportunities.
- Identify target audiences and optimize content performance.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
- Engage with followers and build positive online communities.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice.
Marketing and Campaign Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with field marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Assist in launching promotions, events, and merchant campaigns.
- Help generate leads and increase platform registrations.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics.
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Use analytics to improve future campaigns and content strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- College-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Primary Objective
The primary objective of the Social Media Specialist is to increase RUNDZEE's online visibility, engage customers and merchant partners, generate leads, strengthen brand recognition, and contribute to the growth of the RUNDZEE platform across the Philippines.
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
