Social Paid Ads Manager

About the Role
We're a boutique social media agency looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead paid social campaigns across our client accounts. You'll own the full paid media process, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and more. If you're someone who loves testing and iterating, and can clearly connect spend to results, we'd love to talk.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
- Develop audience targeting strategies aligned with each client's goals
- Write and coordinate ad copy and creative briefs in collaboration with the content team
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Produce clear, client-ready performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage client ad budgets efficiently and recommend scaling or reallocation as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, Meta & TikTok Ads experience is required
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, funnel stages, and attribution
- Comfortable working with budgets of varying sizes and reporting on ROI
- Familiarity with tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, ClickUp, Slack
- Experience with brands in: E-Commerce/DTC, Health, Wellness, or Lifestyle
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in surfacing issues and opportunities
