The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Digital Marketer and Content Creator who understands the Lagos market deeply, speaks the language of Nigerian youth authentically, and can consistently drive awareness, leads, and enrollment registrations across our social media platforms.

This is not a post-and-pray role. We need someone who thinks strategically, creates content that converts, and takes ownership of results.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow Aierth’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Create daily content including reels, videos, graphics, captions, and stories. Execute enrollment campaigns and drive registrations to aierth.com/enroll. Respond to DMs and comments promptly to convert leads. Track performance metrics and report weekly on reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate directly with the founder on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy.

Who You Are

You understand Lagos youth culture and know how to speak to them authentically. You are comfortable creating content in both English and Pidgin. You have experience running social media for a brand, product, or service with measurable results. You are a self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged. You understand that content without conversion is just noise.

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech, tech training, or career development content. Familiarity with video editing tools. Existing audience or network in the Lagos tech community.
