About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to help expand our
network of referral partners and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives on relationship-building, networking, and creating mutually beneficial
partnerships. You will work directly with industry professionals and businesses that can generate
qualified renovation leads and contribute to the continued growth of DNB Renovations.
Compensation Structure
- $60,000 annual base salary
- Commission on generated business opportunities
- Performance-based bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, property managers, architects, interior
designers, investors, and other industry professionals
- Establish referral partnerships that generate qualified renovation leads
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand the company's presence
- Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and partnership opportunities
- Track partnership performance and business development activities
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize growth opportunities

experience required
