POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring a full-time Surety Bond Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This is a hybrid role where you will work 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating compelling content, and supporting our sales team to grow the business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote surety bond services
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality marketing content including articles, blog posts, website copy, and social media posts
- Manage and maintain the company website and digital marketing platforms
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and lead generation efforts
- Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and online marketing initiatives
- Prepare market analysis reports and track marketing performance metrics
- Assist with promotional events and industry networking activities
- Maintain professional communication with clients, prospects, and internal team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with or strong interest in learning marketing platforms and digital tools
- Solid understanding of basic sales and marketing principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required
