Sustainability Advisor
Location: Orangebox, Parc Nantgarw, CF15 7QU
Contract: Full Time, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience

About the Role
You’ll support the delivery of sustainability initiatives across the business, working closely with a range of stakeholders to embed environmental best practice into everything we do. Along with:
- Play a key role in shaping and supporting sustainability initiatives, helping to embed environmental thinking across products, processes and materials
- Use data and insights to track performance against sustainability targets, supporting our journey towards Net Zero and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of sustainable products by working closely with Product Development teams and contributing to material selection and lifecycle considerations
- Help ensure compliance with environmental standards and certifications, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting reporting requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve transparency and environmental performance across the supply chain
- Engage and inspire colleagues across the business through sustainability initiatives, training and awareness campaigns
- Stay ahead of environmental legislation and industry best practice, supporting the business in responding to customer requirements and ESG priorities
About You
You’ll have experience in a sustainability-related role, with a genuine passion for driving environmental improvement. Along with:
- A good understanding of current environmental legislation and reporting requirements, with the confidence to support submissions and compliance activity
- Comfortable leading or supporting audits, with a structured and organised approach
- Experience contributing to or leading sustainability projects and campaigns that deliver tangible outcomes
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence in working with environmental data and identifying trends
- Relevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental management or a related discipline
