This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced sustainability consultants, gain exposure to international projects, and develop specialized expertise in sustainability and ESG reporting.
Position Summary
The Sustainability & ESG Reporting Analyst is a full time remote position that will support the preparation of sustainability reports and ESG disclosures for corporate clients. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants, assisting with data collection, analysis, drafting, editing, research, and project coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants to build expertise in sustainability reporting and ESG consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability and ESG reports.
- Draft and edit report content in English and Spanish.
- Support the development of GRI, SASB, ISSB and other ESG disclosures.
- Compile, organize, and validate sustainability performance data.
- Conduct research on sustainability topics, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Prepare spreadsheets, data tables, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate information requests with client teams.
- Assist with quality assurance and document reviews.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental studies, Business, Communications, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Very strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, organize work independently, and proactively support project delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience with sustainability reporting, ESG programs, or corporate sustainability initiatives.
- Familiarity with GRI Standards, SASB or other ESG frameworks.
- Experience translating or editing professional documents.

Compensation
MXP 25,000 – 30,000/month to be determined based on experience
