We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Background in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, HR, or related fields
• Passion for content creation, TikTok, and social media trends
• Interested in careers, jobs, recruitment, or human psychology
• Strong writing skills (simple, engaging, relatable tone)
• Creative mindset with storytelling ability
• Basic Canva / CapCut skills is a plus
• Willing to learn recruitment and hiring industry knowledge

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create engaging career-related content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn or any suitable social media platform.
• Produce content that attracts both jobseekers and employers (job tips, hiring insights, industry trends, etc)
• Work with recruiters to turn real job market insights into content ideas
• Write captions, scripts, and short-form content that drives engagement
• Research trending topics in careers, jobs, salaries, and hiring trends
• Assist in basic video creation/editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Support employer branding campaigns for hiring clients
• Help grow the company’s presence as a trusted career platform

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
