Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Tamil content for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and short-video platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats.
• Stay updated with Tamil internet culture, meme trends, and viral formats.
• Shoot content independently or collaboratively with the production team.
• Coordinate with editors and creative strategists for smooth content execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas.
• Ensure consistency in quality, engagement, and posting schedules.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written Tamil communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and performing naturally.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Creative mindset with good humor and relatability.
• Basic scripting and storytelling skills.
• Prior experience in content creation, anchoring, acting, or social media is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating short-form content.
• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools is an added advantage.
• Existing social media presence or portfolio is a plus.

Work Environment
This is a Work From Office role based out of Bangalore. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative creative environment.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
