Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Specialist to oversee digital marketing operations, lead a remote team, develop high-performing marketing campaigns, and drive business growth through strategic social media management and paid advertising.
The ideal candidate must be creative, analytical, highly organized, and capable of leading a team while delivering measurable marketing results. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, audience growth, lead generation, and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the Social Media and Digital Marketing Team
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across team members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Plan and oversee content calendars and campaign execution
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Generate qualified leads and measurable business results
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements
- Present insights and recommendations to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years remote work experience (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, or a related role
- Proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Experience leading teams and managing marketing projects
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
