Job Title: Senior Executive/Executive, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed company sales targets through full sales cycle management.

• Provide customer support and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute promotions, campaigns, and market research to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness.
• Participate in organizing events and PR activities to strengthen brand image.
• Support daily operations, collaborate with teams, and handle ad-hoc tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field.

Job Title: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the sales team to achieve KPIs and enhance overall sales performance.
• Oversee and optimize the sales process and conversion rates to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to execute campaigns, advertisements, and track progress.
• Organize sales activities and provide guidance to internal teams and external agencies to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Collect and analyze market and sales data, support management decisions, and handle customer issues and reporting tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field.
