Tele Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Call prospective or existing customers using provided databases or leads, Introduce products/services and explain benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs and qualify leads, Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team, Follow up on leads through callbacks or emails.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Handle objections or queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets, Maintain performance as per set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Data Entry & Reporting: Record customer details, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM or spreadsheets, Provide regular reports to team leaders or managers.
- Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers or launching products over the phone, Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
- 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Good command of language (English, Hindi, Marathi ).
- Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Ms office).
