Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to join our Finance and Insurance Agency in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, explaining loan and insurance products, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain loan, insurance, and financial products to clients.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
