Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain products and support sales activities through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Maintain customer database and call records.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order updates and customer support.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Good communication in Hindi language is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Time management and multitasking ability.

Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Experience

0–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support preferred.

Working Hours

10.00am to 5.30 pm

• Home pickup and drop available

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
