TikTok Content Creator – Video Shooting, Editing & Production

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented TikTok Content Producer to join our growing e-commerce team. Our product categories include sunglasses, pet treats, and children's toys. This role focuses on content planning, video production, account management, and supporting live-streaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, and publish TikTok short-form videos.
• Create engaging content for sunglasses, pet treats, and children's toys.
• Produce product demonstrations, unboxing videos, lifestyle content, and trend-based videos.
• Manage TikTok accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement.
• Support live-streaming operations by preparing promotional content and product materials.
• Monitor content performance and optimize videos based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok and short-form video platforms.
• Strong video filming and editing skills.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of TikTok content trends, audience retention, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and product categories simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing TikTok or other social media accounts.
• Experience creating content for e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and social commerce.
• Background in video production, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Knowledge of U.S. consumer trends and content styles.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20-$25/hour
• Daily payment during 15-day probation period
• Opportunity for pay increase based on performance (up to $28/hour)
• Paid training included – 1099 Contractor role
