TikTok Live Host & Social Media Content Creator – Dr. Cosmo
Position Overview
As the first TikTok Live Host & Social Media Content Creator for Dr. Cosmo, you will play a key role in launching and growing our TikTok Shop live-selling strategy. You will host engaging TikTok Live shopping events, educate customers about Dr. Cosmo products, and drive sales through live-streaming.
During non-live hours, you will create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities based on sales performance, with significant growth potential as Creative Blossom expands the Dr. Cosmo brand nationwide.
Responsibilities
TikTok Live Streaming
- Host live shopping events from our Dallas studio.
- Demonstrate and explain Dr. Cosmo products in an engaging and authentic manner.
- Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and responding to comments.
- Promote special offers, product launches, and exclusive live-stream deals.
- Build excitement and encourage audience participation to maximize sales.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive on-camera presence.
Social Media Content Creation
- Create and post content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms during non-live streaming hours.
- Film product demonstrations, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and trending videos.
- Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and trend research.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Assist in growing Dr. Cosmo’s online presence and brand awareness.
Sales & Brand Representation
- Learn product knowledge and communicate benefits effectively.
- Meet or exceed live-stream sales goals.
- Represent Dr. Cosmo professionally both online and in person.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve content and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with live audiences.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and naturally energetic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly during live broadcasts.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with TikTok Live, livestream selling, social media content creation, retail sales, customer service, or influencer marketing.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, or cosmetics.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
