Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and fast-moving TikTok Video Creator / Video Editor to join our home appliance e-commerce team.

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and posting TikTok short videos. You will work closely with the TikTok Live Host to produce daily content, improve video performance, and support TikTok Shop sales.

This role is suitable for someone who understands TikTok content style, can edit fast, and knows how to create engaging short-form videos.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok short videos daily.
• Create product demo videos, promotion videos, skits, customer education videos, comparison videos, and warehouse behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, or other suitable editing tools.
• Add subtitles, hooks, captions, product highlights, price callouts, sound effects, and transitions.
• Work with the TikTok Host to create daily video ideas and scripts.
• Post videos with suitable captions, hashtags, product links, and campaign details.
• Repurpose livestream clips into short videos.
• Study TikTok trends, competitor content, viral hooks, and local Malaysian content styles.
• Monitor video performance such as views, engagement, retention, comments, and sales.
• Suggest new content angles to improve reach and conversion.
• Support livestream setup when needed, including camera angle, lighting, audio, product arrangement, and promo materials.
• Coordinate with the sales/admin team for latest product price, stock, promotion, and campaign information.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of CapCut, Canva, TikTok editing, or other video editing tools.
• Able to shoot videos using phone or camera.
• Understands TikTok-style short videos, hooks, pacing, subtitles, and trending formats.
• Creative, fast, and able to produce multiple videos per day.
• Basic design sense and attention to detail.
• Able to work closely with host, sales team, and management.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, retail, product content, or short-form video production is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and able to meet posting deadlines.
