About this Role

This role handles merchandising inventory, leads promotional activities, and ensures brand visibility. It coordinates with teams and partners, manages logistics, and monitors campaign performance to support marketing goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising Management: Oversees inventory and deployment of merchandising and promotional materials
• Market Analysis: Analyzes competitive environment to support merchandising strategies
• Activity Execution: Leads merchandising efforts in events, blitz, and promotional activities
• Standards Compliance: Ensures consistent execution of merchandising plans
• Promotion Planning: Develops trade and consumer promotions based on market needs
• Promotion Execution: Implements ATL and BTL campaigns with internal teams and partners
• Performance Monitoring: Tracks effectiveness of promotions and recommends improvements
• Event Management: Leads sponsorships, events, and promotional activities execution
• Logistics Coordination: Manages setup and movement of marketing materials and equipment
• Agency Coordination: Works with third-party providers for promotional activities
• Brand Management: Ensures strong brand visibility and consumer engagement
• Inventory Reporting: Prepares reports and recommends replenishment of materials
• Activity Monitoring: Tracks ongoing promotions and competitor activities
• Reporting: Prepares post-activity reports evaluating performance and cost effectiveness

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• College graduate of Marketing Management or any similar discipline
• Preferably have exposure / experience in merchandising and set-up, BTL activations and 3rd party manpower handling
• Experienced in developing and executing trade marketing programs to drive brand visibility and sales growth
• Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1, and B2
