Video Content Creator (for Amazon GARMENT products)

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Edit high-quality, platform-optimized short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Amazon storefronts, and other relevant platforms
- Edit product video content for Amazon listings, including main listing videos, A+ video modules, brand story videos, and Amazon Posts — ensuring output meets Amazon's technical and content specifications
- Edit and produce social media video content across all brand-managed channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube — adapting format, pacing, and style to each platform's audience and algorithm
- Source, curate, and integrate b-roll footage — including self-shot b-roll when needed — to enhance storytelling, visual quality, and production value across all video outputs
- Apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and visual effects to produce polished, publish-ready content
- Create video thumbnails, end screens, and static cutdowns from video assets for use across platforms
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent brand voice, and meets platform-specific technical specifications
- Manage and organize video asset libraries, raw footage, and final exports for efficient workflow and version control
Amazon & E-Commerce Video
- Produce and edit dedicated product videos for Amazon listings that highlight key features, benefits, and differentiators within Amazon's content guidelines
- Create scroll-stopping video content for Amazon Sponsored Brand Video ads and DSP campaigns
- Edit video content for Amazon Live and brand storefront modules to drive traffic and conversion
- Collaborate with the brand and product teams to ensure video content directly supports listing conversion goals and PPC strategy
Social Media Video
- Own the end-to-end editing pipeline for all social media video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and algorithm shifts to ensure content remains competitive and reaches target audiences
- Repurpose long-form video content into short-form cuts, teasers, and platform-specific edits to maximize content reach
- Create branded templates and reusable video frameworks that maintain consistency while allowing for creative flexibility across campaigns
Content Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with campaign objectives and 2026 marketing milestones
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative video ideas including trending formats, challenges, and narrative-driven content suited to each platform's audience
- Conduct ongoing platform research and competitor analysis to identify video content opportunities, emerging formats, and trending styles
- Provide input on shoot planning to ensure raw footage is captured with editing and b-roll needs in mind
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor video performance across platforms using analytics tools, tracking metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversions
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve content quality and reach
- Apply data-driven learnings to refine editing styles, content formats, and distribution timing across platforms
- A/B test video formats, thumbnails, and hooks to identify the highest-performing creative approaches
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with the Influencer Community Manager to ensure influencer-generated content (UGC) is edited and repurposed effectively for brand channels
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure video content is visually consistent with static brand assets and campaign creative
- Work with the broader marketing team to align video content with paid media, email, and Amazon strategy
- Communicate proactively on project timelines, delivery schedules, and any production dependencies
Role Competencies
Core Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience editing for Amazon listings, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to self-shoot b-roll footage as needed using available equipment (smartphone or camera)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements, best practices, and algorithm behavior across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Amazon
- Proficiency with motion graphics and caption tools (Adobe After Effects, CapCut templates, or similar)
- Ability to use platform analytics tools to evaluate and optimize video performance
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
Additional Competencies
- Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
- Understanding of influencer marketing workflows and how to repurpose UGC for brand channels
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central video content guidelines and advertising video specs
- Knowledge of VPN usage and best practices for multi-region content access
- Experience with thumbnail design and static asset creation from video footage
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
