Videographer and Content Creator
Full Time Position
This is a full-time role with predominantly daytime working hours. However, as we are looking to build and grow our brand, some flexibility will be required for occasional evening and weekend filming, particularly for lifestyle content, events and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
About The Role
Mere Development Group is looking for an ambitious and creative Videographer & Content Creator to document our construction projects, developments, property investments and business journey.
This is not a standard videographer role. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a brand, tell stories and grow with the company.
You will work directly with the management team, site teams and subcontractors to plan content, capture footage, edit videos and help build our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
We are currently delivering a 25-home residential development and have a pipeline of future projects, making this an excellent opportunity to create exciting content with genuine real-world impact.
While construction and property development will form a significant part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to work across a variety of businesses, projects and personal branding activities, providing valuable and varied experience.
Our group is involved in multiple sectors, meaning no two weeks will be the same. In addition to documenting live construction and property development projects, you may also create content for hospitality and food businesses, transport and logistics operations, community and social impact projects, networking events, business development activities and personal branding content.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across a range of industries whilst building a diverse and impressive portfolio of work. You will have the chance to tell real stories, document genuine business growth and create content that reaches a wide audience across multiple brands and platforms.
Applicants must be willing to spend a significant amount of time on live construction sites and around active building projects.
