New World Rubber Corporation is the driving force behind the trusted Sapphire Tire and Power Tire brands, manufacturing high-quality motorcycle tires and tubes that serve riders across the country. We are expanding our digital presence and need a creative professional who can tell the stories of real riders, real roads, and real results.

THE ROLE IN PLAIN TERMS

You’re the go-to creator for our visual storytelling. When there is a new product launch, a dealer event, or a track day, you are there to capture it and turn it into content that builds deep trust and engagement. You will work directly with our PR and Social Media teams to make our brands stand out online.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Video Production & Filming

• Produce, script, and shoot high-impact video content that drives tangible marketing results.
• Travel on-site to cover live events, motorcycle ride tests, dealer activations, and customer testimonials.
• Handle field equipment professionally to ensure high-quality video and audio capture under various conditions.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished short-form (Reels, TikToks, Ads) and long-form content optimized for digital platforms.
• Incorporate seamless transitions, sound design, and pacing that resonate with motorcycle enthusiasts and dealers.
• Maintain a well-structured, organized digital video library for quick asset retrieval.

Creative Collaboration

• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts with the PR and Social Media teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and platform features to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Ensure all final video outputs align with marketing campaign goals to drive audience conversion.

REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar multimedia creation role.
• A portfolio ready for review (applications without a link to work samples will not be considered).
• Mastery of industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Deep understanding of social media platform formats, trends, and what makes a video scroll-stopping.
• Willingness to travel for on-location shoots, product test runs, and corporate marketing events.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple production timelines, and take creative initiative.

ADVANTAGES (not required, but will stand out)

• Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and visual branding layout.
• Active involvement or personal interest in the motorcycle, tire, or automotive community.
• Experience creating high-converting video advertisements for paid social media campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Carmona: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
