Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing & Business Operations Specialist (Part-Time)
Official Rate is $8 per hour
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a growing personal brand business led by a professional MC, keynote speaker, author, and resilience educator. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage website updates, marketing systems, scheduling workflows, and administrative operations while helping build scalable business processes.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, website management, automation platforms, and virtual business operations. We are looking for someone who can execute efficiently with minimal training and confidently recommend best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Lead Generation
- Maintain and update Squarespace website content and pages
- Troubleshoot website functionality issues
- Connect and test lead magnets, forms, and landing pages
- Upload testimonials, photos, speaker assets, and media content
- Ensure website functions as an effective lead-generation tool
- Monitor user experience and identify optimization opportunities
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Set up and manage MailerLite campaigns and automations
- Create lead capture forms and email nurture sequences
- Segment audiences and maintain subscriber lists
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Integrate website forms with email marketing systems
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Configure and manage Calendly scheduling workflows
- Coordinate appointments, discovery calls, and speaking engagements
- Maintain calendar accuracy and availability
- Create automated booking confirmations and reminders
Content & Design Support
- Design marketing materials using Canva
- Create and edit speaker reels and promotional assets
- Format presentations, lead magnets, and digital resources
- Assist with branding consistency across platforms
Administrative Operations
- Organize and maintain Google Drive files and folders
- Support Google Workspace administration
- Manage task tracking and project coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes
- Provide weekly progress reports and status updates
AI & Automation Support
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve efficiency
- Assist with workflow automation opportunities
- Support CRM and business process automation initiatives
- Document and optimize recurring business processes
Communication & Project Management
- Communicate regularly through WhatsApp, email, and Trello
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Provide proactive updates on task completion and project status
- Flag issues and recommend solutions before problems arise
