We combine a network of domain-specific incubators acting as a springboard for Entrepreneurship in deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups with strategic advice, infrastructure, and an active network of academic and industry experts to scale from first idea to investor readiness.<br><br>Are you ready to make an impact? Help us in our marketing efforts to build Europe’s biggest domain-specific incubator network. We are looking for support on continue building the climate innovation community in Straubing and Munich!<br><br>Your Mission<br><br><ul><li> Marketing & Events: You will own the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies. Organize (also international) events in and around Straubing and Munich, increasing our visibility and creating impact for our start-ups.</li><li> Operations Support: You will help us automate our operations and internal processes</li><li> Community Building: You will build the entrepreneurship community in Straubing<br><br></li></ul>Your Profile<br><br><ul><li>Enthusiasm for startups, technology, and innovation</li><li>Bachelor or Master student at TUM Campus Straubing</li><li>You have already gained some experience in (digital) marketing, event or project management</li><li>Motivation and openness to get to know the up-and-coming start-up ecosystem and work with high-caliber international projects</li><li>You have a strong hands-on mentality, like to take initiative, propose creative ideas and implement them</li><li>You are independent, very well organized, reliable and proactive</li><li>You have a very good command of English and German</li><li>Curiosity and eagerness to learn AI tools</li><li>Proficiency with digital tools (Notion, Slack, MS Office, Miro, Canva, Figma)<br><br></li></ul>What we offer<br><br><ul><li>An open environment that fosters initiative and responsibility and offers opportunities to contribute</li><li>The chance to learn – you can gain initial experience in the startup world and gain insights into operational business</li><li>Unique network – you are embedded in an interdisciplinary network of excellent research and startup institutions at TUM and UnternehmerTUM</li><li>Startup community – you will work directly with the unicorns of tomorrow and play a significant role in shaping the "Isar Valley"</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Impact – contribute to a sustainable world by scaling startups with sustainable technologies!<br><br></li></ul>We look forward to receiving your application: a short cover letter (max. 500 words) stating your motivation, earliest possible start date, a tabular CV, and copies of your most important certificates combined into a single PDF file).<br><br>Apply here
