Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across all social media platforms. Daily tasks include social media strategy development, content calendar management, social media optimization (SMO), writing and editing content, as well as monitoring analytics to measure performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and audience growth.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Skills in Content Strategy and Writing
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve social media performance
Knowledge of social media trends and a creative mindset for audience engagement
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the real estate or luxury property sector is an advantage
