Job Description

Own Our Social Vibe: Manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. Keep our feeds looking fresh, cohesive, and unmistakably Qhiam.
Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit everything from viral-worthy TikToks and Reels to aesthetic photo carousels and engaging Stories.
Catch the Trend Wave: Stay plugged into internet culture. Spot trending audios, formats, and challenges, and quickly adapt them for our brand.
Show Our True Colors: Keep it real by capturing raw, behind-the-scenes moments that highlight the authentic Qhiam lifestyle.
Build the Community: Don't just post and ghost! Chat with our followers in the comments and DMs, turning casual scrollers into loyal brand fans.
Team Up for Big Ideas: Collaborate directly with our marketing and branding teams to turn larger campaigns into social media gold.
Measure & Level Up: Keep an eye on the numbers. Track what content performs best and use those insights to constantly improve our creative strategy.

Who You Are:

A Style Guru: You have great fashion taste, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and an intuitive understanding of how to make lifestyle content look effortlessly cool on camera.
Chronically Online (In the Best Way): You live and breathe social media and understand the subtle differences in tone between TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
A Creative Problem Solver: You can take a basic concept and elevate it using the right lighting, angles, styling, and editing.
A People Person: You naturally connect with others, whether you are collaborating with the marketing team or hyping up our followers in the comment section.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong skills in content creation & editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Eye for photography, styling, and aesthetics that match Qhiam’s vibe.
Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
Knowledge of TikTok & IG trends, with ability to move fast on what’s hot.
A self-starter who can create independently and in collaboration with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 per month
