We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with at least 4 years of experience in reputed organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing campaigns, social media management, videography, and video editing. This role requires a proactive professional who can create engaging content, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, products, and promotional activities.
Edit videos for social media, advertisements, corporate presentations, and promotional content.
Develop creative content ideas, reels, short-form videos, and marketing materials to increase audience engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in reputed companies.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong videography and photography skills.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
